The remaining milestones, the ones sought by the record chasers, are the only things left for a team that has achieved everything.

It needed as late as Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase over 300, taking back their record for the highest in the women's 50-over format, is, frankly, a testament to the bowlers that have represented Australia over five decades.

Many contend the argument supporting the pressure of a final. Others can counter with the test that comes when facing a record target and a raucous India-supporting crowd of 20,000.

What's clear is this ton was considerably tougher to see coming.

The New Zealand onslaught in 2022 came as she topped the run-scoring charts, but this innings was preceded by six games in India over the past few weeks in which she had not exceeded 30 runs.

"If you've observed me in practice sessions, it was a disappointing period because it seemed I've had no rhythm at all," said Healy.

"However when you enter the playing area, your fighting spirit kick in and you just lock into the competition."

Healy's fighting spirit has continuously been her great strength - and an invaluable trait in succeeding famous previous leader Meg Lanning.

She was troubled by India's promising player Kranti Gaud in last month's ODI series, out to the emerging pace bowler in all three matches, but here that only provided Healy's inspiration.

During the last week a belief they will triumph from any situation has only strengthened - this triumph coming after win against Pakistan by 107-run victory despite sitting at 76-7 at a certain moment.
